To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and to preserve the integrity of this recognised filming location, we kindly ask that the following rules are observed:

Respect for the Property and Neighbours

Lush House is a wonderful well-known property and part of British television heritage. Guests are expected to treat the home with care and respect at all times. Our neighbours are wonderful people so we would appreciate noise to be kept to a minimum please.

Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to.
Should you wish to bring an infant please bring your own travel cot.

Noise & Neighbours

The property is located in a residential area.
Please respect neighbouring properties at all times.
No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
Quiet hours must be observed in the evenings.

Smoking & Pets

No smoking inside the property.
Sorry no pets

Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any breakages or issues must be reported promptly.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 3pm
Check-out time: 10am

Failure to adhere to check-out times may incur additional charges.
